We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and the payment identifiers linked to your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe account. We also log session data and device identifiers to protect your account from unauthorised access.

No. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. Data may be shared with service providers who help us operate the platform, but only under strict data-processing agreements that limit how they can use it.

Send a data access request to our privacy email with your registered account address. We will verify your identity first, then compile and send a copy of your personal data within the timeframe required under applicable Indian data protection law.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through email or a Help Centre ticket. We will remove personal data from live systems once any legally required retention period has passed and confirm in writing when the deletion is complete.

Essential cookies keep your session active and help detect fraud — these cannot be switched off. Non-essential cookies for analytics can be turned off from the cookie preferences panel inside your account settings without affecting your core experience.

Transaction references from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe are stored in encrypted form and used only to verify payment history and process disputes. We do not store full bank account credentials — those remain within your payment provider's own systems.

We retain account records for the period required by applicable law after closure. Once that period ends, your identifiable data is deleted or anonymised. You will receive written confirmation when deletion from our live systems is finalised.
